Water
Children need water for dehydration and for cleanliness. Clean water prevents children countless water –borne diseases. Bust most importantly, water is an excellent liquid for the brain function. Water is necessary for brain cells communication and carries nutrients to the brain. It also cleanses and gets rids of the toxins. Water helps balance moods and improves concentration and cognition.

Hygiene and Sanitation
Accessing clean water and teaching children how to have hygiene and sanitation would save millions of lives around the world. Many kids hardly have regular baths, or use clean water and soaps. Many still go to school without brushing and some eat without washing their hands – either because of lack of water or limited knowledge about the consequences of unsafe hands. Some children or schools don’t have proper toilets. They may get sick and be absent from schools.
